Atlanta Falcons Halftime Show Announcement

Six-time Guinness World Record holder “Frisbee Rob” McLeod and his canine teammate, Sailor the Touchdown Dog, will be featured at the Atlanta Falcons halftime show on Sunday, December 5, when Atlanta takes on the defending Super Bowl Champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Rob and Sailor will be attempting to go endzone to endzone, a never-before-seen feat at an NFL game. The game is taking place at Mercedes Benz Stadium, a state-of-the art stadium with capacity for 71,000 fans.

Frisbee Rob and Sailor recently broke the record for the Longest Catch at a Live Sporting Event with a 109-yard catch at a CFL game in Alberta, Canada. With many fans and media accounts hailing it as the “best halftime show ever”, Rob and Sailor gained fame after being featured on ESPN’s Tiktok, with their video hitting 24.8 million views, currently the most viewed video since August. In total, Rob and Sailor’s record from October has been seen by more than 50 million people across all platforms.

“We are thrilled to have Frisbee Rob and Sailor perform for our fans,“ says Kurt Wisenbaugh, Director, Live Events & Entertainment. “It’s important that we continue to bring fresh, family friendly entertainment and we know that our fans will love having them on the field.”

“I’m so grateful to the Atlanta Falcons and Kurt for this opportunity,” says Rob. “Not only will this be my first time at an NFL game, but ever since I got into frisbee with dogs, this has been my dream. I can’t wait to show the fans what we can do!”
