I spent four days teaching students in Grades 5&6 all about frisbee including throwing & catching, disc golf, ultimate, freestyle, creating throws, and inventing games.
The school already has disc golf baskets, golf discs, and ultimate discs so they’re well suited to get some frisbee going in many different forms.
I also gave them my Kindness Challenge, talking about doing more and watching less. Thanks to Charlesglen Toyota for sponsoring the mini frisbees for the challenge!
