Assembly and Frisbee Workshops at Mother Mary Greene School

I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to more than 350 students from Grade 1-6 at Mother Mary Greene.

During the assembly, I did a frisbee demo and a frisbee trickshot into the basketball net. I also shared my messages about doing more and watching less, the value of practice, not being afraid to fail, and I gave them my Kindness Challenge.

During the frisbee workshops, they learned what’s possible with frisbee including disc golf, ultimate, freestyle, dog disc, playing catch, creating throws, and inventing games.

Huge thanks to Charlesglen Toyota for sponsoring my program and providing a set of mini frisbees for the Kindness Challenge! Thanks also to Mrs. Mercier for making it happen!
