I spent the morning speaking to 90 students from Kindergarten to Grade 10 about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and self-awareness.
They learned what’s possible with frisbee including disc golf, ultimate, freestyle, dog disc, guts, playing catch, inventing games, and creating throws.
