I spent 2 days speaking and teaching frisbee to 150+ students from Kindergarten to Grade 8 at Oyen Public School.
I talked about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and unplugging. I also taught them what’s possible with frisbee including throwing & catching, freestyle, disc golf, ultimate, guts, inventing throws, creating games, running & catching, and the value of not giving up and learning from failure.
