I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to more than 250 kids from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 6. I shared messages about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and getting unplugg’d. I showed them what’s possible with frisbee, and taught them all about freestyle, disc golf, ultiamate, throwing & catching, and the basic fundamentals of frisbee.
Today was also Guinness World Records Day, so it was great getting to tell the students about my world records!
