I spent the afternoon speaking to 250 kids from Grade Primary to Grade 7 about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, getting unplugg’d, and frisbee.
I taught them the basics of throwing & catching, showed them what’s possible with frisbee, and taught them all about ultimate, disc golf, freestyle, guts, creating throws, and inventing games.
