I spent the day at Granum School speaking and teaching frisbee to 70 students from Kindergarten to Grade 9.
They learned what is possible with frisbee including throwing & catching, ultimate, disc golf, freestyle, creating throws, and inventing games.
I also talked to the students about the value of physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and getting unplugg’d.
